Why our products
Great matcha begins long before the first harvest.
Grown in Japan, our matcha comes from tea leaves carefully shaded for three to four weeks before harvest. This traditional growing method helps develop their vibrant green color, natural sweetness, and rich umami flavor. The result is a smooth, well-balanced matcha you can taste the difference in.

What People Are Saying
I've tried quite a few matcha brands, and this one is definitely up there. Really nice flavor without that bitter aftertaste. It's exactly what I look for in a good matcha.
I make an iced matcha latte pretty much every morning. What I like about this one is that you can still taste the matcha even after adding milk. And love that it's sustainable and pesticide-free.
I wasn't sure I'd notice much of a difference from my usual matcha, but I was pleasantly surprised. The color is beautiful, the taste is smooth, and it makes a really good cup. Would definitely order again.
Sift, whisk and make it yours.
-
1
Sift
Place a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of matcha powder and gently tap it through to break up any lumps.
-
2
Whisk
Pour in ¼ cup (2 oz) of hot water at about 176°F—hot, but not boiling. Move a bamboo whisk quickly back and forth for about 15 seconds, until small bubbles form on top.
-
3
Pour
Drink it as is, or add more water for a milder taste. To make a latte, add your favorite milk. Enjoy warm or pour over ice.
